Game-native AI clipping

Turn your streams into viral Shorts while you sleep.

PeakCut watches the whole VOD — chat, audio and the game itself — finds the peak moments, cuts vertical clips with animated subtitles and publishes them to Shorts, TikTok, Reels and X on schedule.

How it works

From 4-hour stream to a week of content in one pass.

01

Paste your VOD link

Twitch or YouTube stream, or a raw file. No timeline scrubbing, no exports — PeakCut pulls everything itself.

02

It finds the peaks

Chat spikes, audio hype, on-screen game events and the story in your transcript are scored together to surface the moments that actually pop.

03

Review & publish

You get subtitled 9:16 clips with titles, descriptions and hashtags per platform. Approve and schedule to Shorts, TikTok, Reels and X.

Why PeakCut

Not audio spikes. Game-native detection.

Generic clippers listen for loud moments. PeakCut fuses four signals — chat, audio, vision and transcript — because the best gaming moments aren't always the loudest ones.

Chat spike detection

Messages-per-second and emote bursts — KEKW, OMEGALUL, W, CLIP IT — flag the moments your community already voted for.

Audio peak analysis

Screams, laughter and hype in your voice register as energy spikes, not noise.

Transcript scoring

An LLM reads the whole story — setups, payoffs, one-liners — so clips have a beginning and a punchline, not a random 30 seconds.

Game-event vision

Wanted stars, “Wasted”, clutch escapes — what happens on screen counts, even when chat is quiet.

Animated subtitles & framing

Word-by-word karaoke captions burned in, 9:16 composition with your facecam placed right.

Publish on schedule

Per-platform titles, descriptions and hashtags. Queue a week of posts from one stream.

The output

Ready-to-post clips, not raw cuts.

Every peak becomes a finished package: burned-in karaoke subtitles, a cover with a hook title, plus descriptions and hashtags tuned per platform.

The launch window

GTA VI is the biggest content moment in gaming history.

Launch week will bury feeds in gameplay. The streamers who win it are the ones shipping clips within hours, not days. PeakCut's public beta opens before release day — with detectors tuned for GTA VI from week one.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

When does the beta open?

Public beta ships before the GTA VI launch on Nov 19, 2026. Waitlist members get in first, in signup order — referrals move you up the queue.

Which platforms can it publish to?

YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels and X. You can also just download the finished clips with per-platform captions and post them yourself.

Does it only work for GTA VI?

GTA VI detection is tuned first because of the launch window, but chat, audio and transcript detection work for any stream from day one. Per-game presets roll out right after launch.

How is this different from Opus Clip or Eklipse?

Generic clippers mostly listen to audio and transcript. PeakCut also reads your chat (spikes and emote bursts) and watches the game itself — wanted stars, deaths, clutch moments — so it catches highlights that never register on a waveform.

Do I keep the rights to my clips?

Yes. Your footage stays yours, clips included. We never post anything without your approval.

Is PeakCut affiliated with Rockstar Games?

No. PeakCut is an independent tool for creators and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

Your next viral clip is already in your VOD.
