What we collect

Account data: your email, name and a hashed password. Content you upload or create: videos, scripts, photos for digital twins, voice samples for cloning, and the videos we generate for you. Billing records: your balance and transaction history (card details live with Stripe, never with us). Service logs: job progress, errors and usage needed to run and improve the product.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: render your videos, bill you correctly, email you about your account and renders, and keep the platform safe. We do not sell your data and we do not use your content to train AI models.

Voice and face data

Voice samples and photos you upload for cloning and digital twins are used exclusively to generate your own videos, are never shared with other users, and are deleted when you delete the voice, the blog or your account.

Where it lives

Data is stored on AWS (US East). Media files live in private S3 storage, served only through expiring signed links. Public pages show only what you explicitly chose to publish.

Processors we rely on

Stripe (payments), AWS (hosting and storage), Modal (GPU rendering), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis and cloning), Anthropic (script and editing AI), Pexels (stock footage) and our own Nmail service (transactional email). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time: in-app where available, or by writing to hello@peakcut.ai. Account deletion removes your content, voices and personal data within 30 days; billing records are retained as required by law. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
