The service

PeakCut is an AI platform that turns your footage and scripts into short-form videos: automatic clipping, subtitles, voiceovers, AI presenters and faceless story videos. Access is currently granted by invitation; joining the waitlist does not guarantee access.

Your content and generated videos

Footage and scripts you submit remain yours, and so does every video PeakCut generates from them — use them commercially, monetize them, post them anywhere. PeakCut never publishes anything without your explicit action or a schedule you configured. You are responsible for having the rights to the material you upload.

Voice cloning and digital twins

You may only clone a voice or upload a photo of a person when that person is you, or you have their documented consent. Using someone else's voice or likeness without permission is grounds for immediate account termination.

AI-generated content

Parts of your videos (scripts, voiceovers, images, b-roll selection) are produced by AI. We fact-check story scripts automatically, but you should review videos before publishing — you are the publisher of record for anything you post.

Stock footage

Story videos may include stock clips licensed via Pexels. They are provided as part of an edited video only and may not be extracted and redistributed as standalone stock.

Payments, balance and refunds

Subscriptions and balance top-ups are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. Pay-per-video features draw from your balance at the price shown before you click Generate. If a paid render fails, the charge is refunded to your balance automatically. Balance credit is not redeemable for cash. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period.

Fair use

Don't use PeakCut to produce illegal content, deliberate disinformation, harassment, or content that impersonates real people without consent. We may suspend accounts that do, and rate limits apply to all plans.

Trademarks

PeakCut is an independent tool for creators and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher or social platform. All titles and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Changes
